Why it is Important to Get to Know your Patients!

A regular patient of the practice failed to attend for her annual glaucoma monitoring appointment just before Christmas. As this was most unusual for this patient, Tracy tried to call her without success. Tracy then called a neighbour of the patient and requested that she called round to check on the patient. The neighbour did this but there was no response from the patient. The patients daughter was then called who had a key to the house. The patient had collapsed! An ambulance was called and the patient was taken to Derriford Hospital in Plymouth. The patient called us today. After a few weeks in hospital and one pacemaker later she is doing fine and on the road to recovery. We wish her well!

Great post — the way you structured the argument made it easy to follow throughout. The examples made the abstract parts concrete, and that's where it really came together. I pulled together the steps I actually follow at http://parafiakorzenna.pl/media/pgs/pitch_chooses_uncx_for_lp_lock_on_base__adding_a_fresh_use_case_for_defi_trust_infrastructure.html, in case it saves anyone time.
Enjoyed this from top to bottom; the pacing and the detail both felt right. I came away with a clearer sense of what to prioritise and what to safely ignore. I put a short guide together at https://silksuite.org that pairs pretty nicely with this. Bookmarked for later.
